Ledbury Loaf
The ultimate everyday white bread. Three days in the making, lasts three times as long. The long fermentation allows the gluten in the bread to break down so it's ideal for those with a gluten intolerance. Makes great toast for up to two weeks.

Malthouse 'Granary'
A blend of malted whole crisp golden wheat flakes, barley and dark rye gives this loaf a rich malty and nutty flavour, with a deliciously soft texture. The long fermentation allows the gluten in the bread to break down so it's ideal for those with a gluten intolerance. Makes great toast for up to two weeks.

Both our Ledbury and Malthouse doughs are available in extra large, large and small loaves, as well as baguettes, sub-rolls and rolls.

Wholemeal
Does what it says on the tin. For those who like to opt for the healthier everyday option.

Malvern Sour*
King of the sourdough, made with white, rye and wholemeal flour, using fresh spring water from the Malvern Hills.

Walnut Levain*
Toasted walnuts and a hint of chestnut flour give this loaf a wonderful nutty flavour.

Seeds A’Plenty*
This hearty loaf is packed with the goodness of linseed, as well as toasted sesame and sunflower seeds. A crunch is guaranteed with every bite.

Prune & Pumpkin Seed Levain*
Packed full of juicy prunes and toasted pumpkin seeds. Lovely with cheese.

A Ryeful Loaf*
100% rye sourdough. We love it topped with smoked salmon and cream cheese or it makes the perfect accompaniment to a warming bowl of soup.

Polish Rye
A 50/50 blend of rye and white flour providing all the benefits of rye but in a lighter loaf.

Cider Crumb
Light malthouse, rye and white flour is combined with Oliver’s Dry Cider to create a truly scrumptious loaf. Perfectly at home on a Ploughman’s.

Brioche 'Burger' Buns
Your best meat deserves to be served in the best bun. Soft but sturdy, these buns will stand up to even the juiciest of burgers. Simply toast and go.

Ciabatta
Crispy on the outside, with a lovely open texture on the inside.

Focaccia
