You’ll find no added nonsense in our loaves. Just four ingredients – organic flour, water, yeast (mostly wild) and sea salt. Flavour is developed naturally, with each loaf made slowly by hand over three days. This long fermentation provides you with a hearty, nutritious loaf that is easy to digest.

Ledbury Loaf

(VG) (2** Great Taste Awards, Silver - World Bread Awards)               
The ultimate everyday white bread. Made with the intention that Real Bread should be accessible and affordable for everyone. Great for fresh sandwiches, morning toast or simply dipped in a stew or soup as the big air pockets allow for lots to be soaked up. A big favourite for white bread lovers who want to get away from supermarket-bread chemicals and enhance their diet with simple natural grains.

Malthouse ‘Granary'

(VG)         
Malty, with a deliciously soft texture. A more skillful loaf, with Malthouse grains. This bread is ideal for those who enjoy Granary bread and want something made with care by real humans and not factories. A full and flavoursome loaf that contributes to the local community and inspires the next generation of bakers.

Both of our Ledbury and Malthouse doughs are three days in the making. They’re made with organic wheat flour. The long fermentation allows the gluten in the bread to break down, making it easier to digest, so it's ideal for those with mild gluten intolerance. Makes great toast for up to a week and freezes very well.

Stoneground Wholemeal

(VG) Soft and light, not a dry crumb in sight. Made with stoneground organic wholemeal flour. This loaf is one of our healthiest classic loaves made with wholemeal flour, maintaining a fantastic nutrient content. With the smallest air pockets it’s the most dense and helps you feel fuller for longer with slow release carbohydrates. Having hungry family to feed, this one will go down a treat!

Milk Sandwich Loaf

(V) The perfect loaf for a toastie or soft sandwich. Our softest loaf to date, with the texture of a pillow inside it’s no wonder this loaf is a huge favoruite for children, or those with sensitive dental requirements. Contains Milk, this loaf only comes in tin shapes.

Malvern Sour

(S, VG) Made with a blend of organic white wheat, wholemeal and dark rye flour, white wheat levain, sea salt and water. Our most popular and simplest sourdough, with small air pockets and packed full of flavour.

This same dough is then used to create the following varieties:


  • Walnut Sour: Toasted walnuts give this loaf a wonderful nutty flavour.

  • Seeds A’Plenty Sour: Packed with the goodness of linseed, not to mention toasted sesame and sunflower seeds. A crunch is guaranteed with every bite.

  • Prune & Pumpkin Seed Sour: Packed full of juicy prunes and toasted pumpkin seeds.


Spelt & Honey Sourdough

Made with a blend of organic white and whole-wheat spelt flour, Herefordshire honey, toasted sunflower seeds, spelt levain and water. There is no comparison here when it comes to cheese or avocado on toast, the sweet flavours of the honey make it a positively addictive loaf, with endless nutrition, and a daringly dark crust from caramelisation of the natural sugars in the honey. Award winning perfection.

A Ryeful Loaf

(S, VG) You’ll find nothing but rye in this loaf - made with organic dark and medium rye flour. We love it topped with smoked salmon and cream cheese. This loaf goes down fantastically with those who have mild sensitivities to gluten, it’s full of grain nutrients and our Kuschty Rye is the one with sunflower seeds and apple flavours. Not to miss.

Ciabatta & Ciabatta Rolls

(World Bread Awards – Gold) (VG) Crispy on the outside with a lovely open texture on the inside. Made with organic ciabatta flour. This loaf or these rolls are essential with soups and stews etc to give you some body to your meal without anything heavy. It’s light aerated texture is dreamy with melted butter! These rolls also make fantastic bacon baps or crispy sandwiches with your favourite fillings.

Focaccia

(V) Our mouth-watering focaccia wakes up the senses, topped with fresh rosemary, extra virgin olive oil and Droitwich salt. Made with organic white wheat flour. We also make multiple year-round and seasonal flavours such as Rosemary and black olive, cheddar and onion, courgette and pecorino, garlic and mushroom, squash and sage, red pepper, onion and cheddar, walnut and blue cheese…. Brioche Burger Buns


(V) Your best meat deserves to be served in the best bun. Soft but sturdy, these buns will stand up to even the juiciest of burgers. Simply toast and go. Vegan buns also available.

Sunshine Tea Loaf

(VG) Made with organic ciabatta flour, this beautifully soft tea loaf is packed with whole oranges, toasted sunflower seeds and raisins soaked in raspberry tea. Lovely toasted with butter.

Bara Brith Loaf

(V) This lovely light fruit loaf version of the famous Welsh teatime treat. Raisins are soaked in tea overnight and the bread is enriched with brown sugar and black treacle.

Chelsea Bun

(V) The great British classic, packed with currants and sultanas soaked in butter, brown sugar, lemon juice and mixed spice.
