The result of our collaboration with Willy’s ACV, we soak raisins in their award winning balsamic vinegar and combine them with local grated apple to make an outstanding rye loaf that’s packed with flavour and beneficial to your gut health. The pumpkin seeds on the top provide added texture and make this an ideal accompaniment to cheese or cured meats.
