Our pastries are made using the same pre-ferment that we use in our best-selling Ledbury Loaf and Malthouse 'Granary'. This gives them a natural depth of flavour. We then use the finest organic white wheat and spelt flour, along with premium French Lescure butter, to create our beautiful range of pastries.

Croissant              
Layers upon layers of buttery flaky pastry.

Almond Croissant           
Made in the true French style. We take day old croissants and soak them in an almond syrup, before filling them with our handmade almond cream. They are then topped with more cream, following by a generous coating of flaked almonds, and finished with a sprinkling of icing sugar.

Pain au Chocolat          
We take our croissant dough and wrap it around two rich sticks of dark chocolate to create every chocolate lover's dream.

Pain au Raisin    
Our croissant dough, with lashings of pastry cream, rum soaked raisins, and a hint of cinnamon.

Cinnamon Bun   
A scrumptious swirl of cinnamon butter filled pastry.

Cruffin  
Croissant meets muffin, filled with a handmade custard.

Speciality Individual Tarts  
All-butter pastry, filled with our homemade frangipane and seasonal toppings from locally sourced fruit.

Parma Ham, Cheddar & Caramelised Onion Danish 
A tasty trio of ham, cheese and onion sat atop our croissant dough.

Roasted Squash, Feta and Caramelised Onion
All deliciously sat atop our crispy croissant dough.

Vegan Croissant
Made over three days, with organic wheat and spelt flour, oat milk and an organic vegan block, containing Shea Oil, Coconut Oil, Rapeseed Oil and Almond Butter. We use the same sponge as in our Ledbury Loaf to give our croissants a natural depth of flavour.

Vegan Pain Au Chocolat
We take our Vegan croissant dough and wrap it around two rich sticks of dark Vegan chocolate to create every chocolate lover's dream.

Vegan Cinnamnon Bun
A scrumptious swirl of cinnamon filled vegan pastry.

Vegan Almond Croissant
We soak the vegan croissants in an almond syrup and then fill them with our handmade vegan almond cream, before topping with more vegan almond cream, flaked almonds and icing sugar.
