Toasted walnuts give this loaf a wonderful nutty flavour. Made with a blend of organic white wheat, wholemeal and dark rye flour, white wheat levain, sea salt, walnuts and water. Made over three days, the long fermentation allows the gluten in the flour to break down making it easier to digest, It makes great toast for up to a week and also freezes very well.

Made with a blend of Organic White Wheat Flour (fortified with Calcium, Nicotinamide Iron, Folic Acid and Thiamine) Water, Dark Rye Flour, Toasted Walnuts, Stoneground Wholemeal Wheat Flour & Sea Salt. Store covered. Best eaten within 3 days. May contain nuts & seeds
