On the Sourdough workshops we make a Malvern Sour, a Rosemary & Sea Salt Focaccia, an Olive & Pumpkin Seed Cob, and a 100% Rye. Peter will explain the processes of mixing, fermentation, shaping, proving and baking, and also all about flours, yeast, fats and other ingredients.’
