Packed with the goodness of linseed, sesame and sunflower seeds. Made with a blend of organic white wheat, wholemeal and dark rye flour, white wheat levain, sea salt, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, linseed, and water. Made over three days, the long fermentation allows the gluten in the flour to break down making it easier to digest, It makes great toast for up to a week and also freezes very well.
