Made to our family recipe, a sumptuous taste of Christmas. Our classic Christmas cake has a slow and low bake and is fed over 4 weeks with brandy. It is packed with brandy soaked vine fruits, cherries, almonds topped with walnuts, apricots, mixed peel and cranberries. A classic to be enjoyed and shared with family and friends.
