Our mincemeat is made with locally grown Apples, Brown Sugar, Currants, Raisins, Mixed peel (Orange peel, Sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, citric acid), Prunes, Butter, That Ale (Wheat & Barley) Rum, Brandy, Oranges, Salt, Mixed Spice (Cinnamon (cassia), Coriander, Ginger, Allspice, Nutmeg, Cloves), Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Nutmeg. Many contain Egg, Soya, Mustard, Sulphites, Sesame Seeds, Nuts.
