Basic Bread Making Workshop 19th July 2026

On the Basic course we make a straight white loaf, a Wholemeal with a quick “flying” sponge or pre-ferment, a Ale and a walnut loaf, and a soda bread. The course is really about getting the basics covered; weighing, kneading, fermentation and baking.
